What data we process and why

We process personal data to the following extent and for the following purposes:

E-mail and telephone communication (inquiries) – name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the message including attachments. Purpose: handling the inquiry, preparing a quote and related communication. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers).
Business and accounting records – when an order is carried out, invoicing data to the extent required by law. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with legal obligations).

Retention period

Data from inquiries is retained for as long as necessary to handle them and for follow-up communication, generally no longer than 2 years. Accounting documents are retained for the periods required by law (generally 10 years).

Who we share data with

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Recipients may include our web hosting and e-mail service provider and, in cases required by law, public authorities.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The Google Maps map is only loaded after you click the “Show map” button – at that point technical data (e.g. your IP address) is transmitted to Google. The website fonts are likewise loaded from Google Fonts servers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
